DECISION

 

16.2     The Leader and Lead Member RESOLVED to approve the proposed responses set out in Appendix 3 to the report.

 

REASON

 

16.3     Approval of the responses set out in Appendix 3 of the report will ensure that the responses to the questions asked by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government in relation to the Structural Changes Order can be sent.
